CREAMER ano 1845-1885' Description    THIS  MAGNIFICENT  CREAMER CIRCA  1845 - 1885 ALPHONSE FRAGET  founded in 1824 the Polish Establishment which was highly valued by the European Courts for its beautiful utinsels and tableware and now admired in Museums in St Petersburg, Moscow and Poland At the time of the Establishment the Jewish population were not allowed to poses Silver Ornaments  FRAGETA manufactured the first Plated Silver over Copper.
