Description
Vintage Portable Singer Sewing Machine Catalog 3-110 Simanco, USAAF2598699 This was my mother's and I remember her using it until she got a 'fancy' new one that she said didn't sew as well as this one. It still works! It is in good condition with the manuals and attachments. The only thing that has changed since the pictures is the handle came off the case. I will include it.There are 2 Instruction Books...the one with the binding mended is pretty new inside with just a couple of my mother's ink notes. The other one is quite damaged but still readable...pages torn and folded. On this book is the name Lorraine Wilcox 1947 which is when she bought it. I do not know the actual age of the machine but I received an email stating it was from 1938-1940. If someone knows from the serial number what year this machine is, please let me know...I am curious. Thank you. Item will be well packed for safety but I cannot assure how it will arrive so I suggest insurance coverage. I will find a box to put this in and pack it well. In the case, it is 24lbs.
