A French vintage woven tapestry border, cut from a piece of fabric loomed in warm yellow, red, green, and ivory, dating I would guess from the 1950s. The design is very stylish, with bay leaves and berries laid across a Greek Key design column. It is a part of a border, a right angle at one end and with a vertical design , as you can see from the last photo. It is made of woven wool and cotton, I think. The length is 4 foot (1 m 15 cm ) plus a further 9 foot 3" ( 2 m 70 ) after the right angle, and it is 5" (13 cm ) wide.  Good condition, and clean. Nice example, could possibly make cushion borders or edge some curtains perhaps.
