Vintage 1899 Brass Bausch & Lomb Monocular Microscope Start Price USD 395.00 Current Price USD 395.00 Time Left - Bid Count 0 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Saturday, July 19, 2008 End Time Monday, July 21, 2008 Location Mid-Atlantic See more about 'Vintage 1899 Brass Bausch & Lomb Monocular Microscope' Description   Up for auction is a Vintage Brass Bausch & Lomb Monocular Microscope in excellent condition.  According to the serial number, 31817, this was made in 1899.  It is 16 1/2" tall and the platform is 3 3/4" wide.  On one lens is 4MM.N.A.0.66 and 44X.  There are two lens with the round metal piece holding them having 4MM above one lens and 16MM above the other.  Also one lens has Spencer Lens Co., Buffalo, NY on it.  On the back of the base is a circle with 31817 and one of the lens has 254199.  I believe this is mostly solid brass with some silver tone metals which might be chrome.  This is a beautiful piece in excellent condition.
