Romantic Scene. ' Description This tapestry belonged to my step mother. She was an avid antique collector and one of her favorite things to buy was textiles. From Linens to quilts to tapestries, etc. She had many of these and I acquired a few of them after her passing. I don't have a clue how to sew and I know very little about tapestries. I have a rather old one framed on my wall and I'm perfectly content with having just the one. I think someone else should enjoy this now. As I said, I know practically nothing about them, but this one appears to need a good cleaning. I wouldn't even attempt it.  I've included a photo of the front and back and a close-up of the scene.
