Very sensitive movement.Base is 13.5" x 5", aprox 13" tall. Has Info Plate on it but has been painted over. Has The Torsion Balance Company, New York. Style 4015, No. B742, Capacity, Made In USA. Theres some paint over these numbers & letters but thats what I can see. Has Balance Cam Lock that works. Two level adjusting feet. Balance has porcelain trays and a 10 gram slide adjustment, not sure of the weight capacity or date of manufacturing, early 1900's maybe. Trays have some paint splatter on them and some small dings and scratches but are still in great shape. I haven't tried to clean this other than a damp cloth.
