I believe it was made by Paden City, but I am not really sure .. I know they made several of these .. This piece is unsigned .. The set needs cleaning which I leave to the winning bidder .. The metal shows darkened areas which may be wear or the result of needing the cleaning .. There is a lot of the enamel paint left and spiket works .. Glasses measure 2-1/4" tall and the Samovar measures 15-1/2" to the top of the handle ..
