The tapestry is circa 1950’s - 1960’s and is in very good condition. The tapestry was a souvenir from a trip to Paris. Colors are good – colors are even, no staining or fading. Small, tight stitching. Design is a French street scene, along the River Seine. Notre Dame Cathedral in the background, with a boat traveling on the Seine. Book stalls on the Left Bank. Outer measurements of the frame are 10 ¾ inches long by 14 ½ inches wide. The frame and contents weigh about 2 pounds before any packing materials. Frame is in good condition – good and solid, with tight corners – no wiggle. Very slight wear on a few spots on the edges of the gold gilt frame – nothing serious. Hardly visible from the front.
