Top rim is removable to secure or remove the glass in-sert. Bottom of the bowl with pierced SHOU character (Longevity).  Weight of silver without glass in-sert 426 grams = approx. 14 troy ounces.  8 3/4" =22.3 cm diameter, 4" = 10.2 cm high. Silver is in very good condition, no dents, no repairs.
