The bottle has three concave sides covered with thick solid sterling silver overlay. The overlay is beautifully pierced in the form of cherry blossoms or prunus blossoms, leaves, and vines. The overlay is thick enough that it has been beautifully engraved. All of the flowers have finely engraved and textured detail. The flask was made between the 1910s and the 1930s.
