For sale is a Wakizashidating back to Koto Times (Muromachi Periode). The blade is signed Narimune (guranteed to be authentic) with Kiri Yasurime, ubu (unshortened). Blade shape is Shinogi Tsukuri, with Chu Kissaki and Toriji Sori. Nice Gunome Midare Hamon visible along the entire cutting edge. There are no forging flaws but blade is presently not in polish. Some pitting near the Habaki. No active rust. 39.1 cm Nagsa (cutting edge length). Should polish well. The Koshirae is very nice and good quality! Two Piece copper Niju Habaki. Iron Marugata Tsuba with geometic brass zogan work in the Onin / Yoshiro style. Iron Fuchi / Kashira with remains of golden inlaied Ingwer-Mon Nunome. Deer Leather wrapping over polished Same with Gold Urushi (!). Very good Shakudo Menuki displaying birds. Saya with solid silver Kojiri!
