This is an essential reference book to anyone interested in antique laces. I could find only one copy of this 1931 edition in the Internet, with a price of £491. ( $950 approx.) ( see:-  Abebooks.co.uk) It measures 32 by 25 by 3.5 cms and weighs over 2 kilogrammes There are a few light surface marks at the top of the front hard-back cover. They do not penetrate the fabric, and could be hidden with the matching coloured pen. I can send close-up pictures of these marks to anyone  interested, if I have your email address. The marks are just visible in the first picture of the book's front cover. There is a light water mark on the front cover, about 1 cm across. ( see the first photograph).
