The substantial leg hardware in an elegantly simple way knocks down for economical long distance shipping. We routinely crate and ship fully insured worldwide for surprisingly reasonable cost. The piece is more solid than our best workbench and will last many many lifetimes of hard use. The planks from which it will be made are 15' long and so if you prefer a longer table up to 15', for an additional cost, it's not a problem .
