Description
From stunning huge slabs of 2 " thick highly figured African Bubinga, this table is 96" long X 48" W. I'll make you a virtually identical one and ship it within one month. The massive underbracing is in solid Brazillian Purpleheart chosen for its incredible structural properties. The substantial leg hardware in an elegantly simple way knocks down for economical long distance shipping. We routinely crate and ship fully insured worldwide for surprisingly reasonable cost. The piece is more solid than our best workbench and will last many many lifetimes of hard use. The planks from which it will be made are 12' long and so if you prefer a longer table up to 12', for an additional cost, it's not a problem . To view an alternative version of the table with Three Column Base look at the second and third photos and visit the website www.jeffreygreene.com . There are a number of other custom live edge options designed by Jeffrey Greene pictured. You may view the piece firsthand at Greene and Greene Gallery in Lambertville, NJ 609 397 7774. A full biography of the designer/artisan can be viewed at his website www.jeffreygreene.com The Studio has an extensive collection of rare large live edge planks in Black Walnut, Cherry, and Bubinga that are suitable for custom dining/kitchen tables, and coffee tables of any size. We can email photos of these planks on request if you are considering a custom order. Detailed questions about the piece can be answered at the Jeffrey Greene Design Studio 215 348 5232 Having won the 2007 Niche Design Award, in the permanent collection of the James Michener Art Museum, and the Allentown Art Museum, the value of this ruggedly beautiful piece is assured to increase dramatically. The hand carved signature assures provenance. Be sure to look at the other Jeffrey Greene work shown on EBAY.
