There is also a space in the decoration for initial personalization that wasn't used. The apex of the thimble is stamped with the Simons hallmark of a sheild with a stylized S inside with a number 7 above it and STERLING SILVER underneath. This is in excellent antique condition. It is round; has no pin holes, dents, dings or other distractions.
