It is BLACK, measures about 12" in diameter and features a BRIGHT & COLORFUL Hand-Painted FLORAL PATTERN. The Colors are VIBRANT Red, Orange Yellow and Shades of Green. There is an integral "cord" hanger imbedded in the back for E-Z display. It is readily apparent that this remarkable example was never used as a serving tray, ONLY for display. There are NO Chips, Cracks or Problem Areas! The HIGH GLOSS Finish is BRIGHT & SHINY! The stunning ARTWORK is unsigned. This "Vintage" DECORATIVE TOLEWARE is in EXCELLENT CONDITION!
