To the very best of my knowledge, there are only a tiny number of these signs in existence - it is truly rare. Regarding the very tiny number of these known in the whole world, I was the lucky antique hunter that found most of them, back when I first started in antiques. It was a great experience, and the story of a lifetime. So a few of these signs disappeared into collections, but I kept the very best one, and here it is. I firmly believe this is the best example of this sign in the world! If anyone knows of a better one, I would sure like to see it. Take Home a Carton of Pepsi - Refreshing and Healthful !! This great Pepsi sign introduced the very first cardboard carry carton, which was a very revolutionary idea at the time. The carton carried six 12 ounce bottles, and advertises the larger size bottles "Bigger - Better" This antique Pepsi sign was never used or displayed by the store it was originally issued to. When found by me, it was still had the original brown paper wrapper, which had to be removed to reveal the sign. The sign is not perfect, there are very minor flaws such as a spot of paint fade/crackle/loss in one lower corner, tiny bending on the corners / edge, and a few scratches. The back has corrosion spots. Overall, it is in excellent condition with extremely nice paint and vivid colors, this displays beautifully. This is the very best, very nicest example of this sign, that I have ever known about. Dimensions are 23" x 11-1/2". This old light tin Pepsi sign has beautiful painted graphics and advertising.
