Watch Has Silvered Dial flanked by multi-colored gold figures holding hammers strinking a bell while repeat chimes. J & P Timepieces is owned by Jeff Morris and Peter Fossner, hence J & P. Mr. Fossner has been in the watch business, both in Europe and USA, since the early 1970's. Mr. Morris met Peter Fossner at a Sotheby's watch auction in January, 1980, and they have been collaborating ever since selling fine watches.
