Popularity of an embroidery speaks historically developed customs and ceremonies. Embroideries produced mainly to wedding as they made an obligatory part of brides dowry. They served as well as an ornament of house use, and a national costume of Uzbek people. This one is a wonderful piece of uzbek embroidery masterpiece and culture is "Soya Gosha" This fully handmade silk embroidery Soya Gosha were used as a decor of bride's dowry. This piece has a very beautiful and meaningful because of its design. There are depicted stylized astral and stylized flowers motifs. The technique of embroidery is "iraki" cross chain stitch. Foundation is cotton fabric. Back side is parcha fabric. The approx age is the middle of 20th century.The approx. size is 24 +24 inches or 60 to 60 cm.
