The manufacturer's name is Speakman and I believe they're still around today. As can be seen in the pictures, there is a beautiful ornate design on the top of the faucet, and the knobs have a beautiful flower like design.  Part of the piping is copper and the rest looks to be maybe steele.  "Speakman" is stamped on the top of the pipe and on one of the nuts is stamped " BRASS CRAFT". There is some green oxidation around the detailing, so there may be some copper in here. Everything that's in the pictures is what you get. I'm not sure if the small knob on the top of the faucet goes with it or not, but I'm including it. There doesn't seem to be the pulling lever that open and closes the drain, but I think you could probably have this replaced. These don't come along often, and they certainly don't make them like this anymore!  Don't miss your chance to bid on this rare piece!   If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.  Thank you for looking and good luck bidding!
