I just had this sleigh seat reupholstered 6 months ago in berry red chenile fabric that was $40 dollars per yard. I decorated with it for Christmas and now I will let it go.  All the iron spokes and wood frame is in excellent condition and painted black. The old black milk paint is worn on the base.......but it looks great.  The cushion, is removable and you can see the original wood planking, see all pictures.  It measures 37 inches wide, 21 inches deep from beginning of seat to wall, 33 inches high to top of upholstered back, and measures 18 inches from floor to top of seat.  I had this professionally upholstered.  There are NO breaks, NO repairs and it is very nice and STURDY! All iron spokes are original and strong.
