DESCRIPTION Here we have this exceptional Victorian solid quarter sawn Oak triple bow front North Wind hooded & paw foot china cabinet. This cabinet is of the very highest quality construction and craftsmanship and will date to about 1890. The cabinet has an arching top with a very crisply carved crest depicting the North Wind face with wind and leaf scrolling around. The top section features two side cupboards both with mirror back and the original bow shaped leaded glass panels set in the doors. The upper center open shelf with the original bevel mirror in the back. The cabinet has round columns or posts which have crisply carved scrolling capitals. This china cabinet is large and the interior is finished with a full top to bottom mirror giving the very best possible light for displaying beautiful objects inside. There are 3 Oak shelves. This gorgeous china cabinet is set on carved paw feet. The measurements are 50" wide x 16 1/2" deep x 77 1/2" high.
