I recently bought from one of the previous owners Relatives of the Famous WigWam Motel in Arizona Currently Living in Seattle many large pieces of Monterey Purchased Originally for the Wigwam Motel and used by him for many years.All pieces are solid and ready to reupholster. Some need Paint touch up. Monterey Wing Chair in the Original DESSERT TAN color. Brand to leg. . Comes with all the ugly 60's cushions. Reupholstered in the 60's. Though the arm fabric appears to be original as do the tacks . This neat comfy 3 Piece sectional circa 1940 needs very little except some wax and new cushions. Original finish is in good condition, Some wear to arms. Great Piece to redo in cowhide and or leather. I have never seen this Sectional ever!!!!. Nice comfy Piece with its Original hand forged wrought iron straps. See matching Wing humpback club chair that matches.. Piece is solid with no structural problems. Pick up in Hollywood or delivery up and down the I-5 once a month with super reasonable rates.
