The scroll is Hand written on soft Golden brown Deer parchment (Gvil) in the original Hebrew Script. According to it writing its most likely from the Early 1700s. Scrolls on deer parchment are no longer made and the process of these scrolls have been lost over the centuries. The parchment holds its ink well and the letters remain black. Panes are tightly sewn together with natural animal string. The scroll is approx. 22 inches in height x 7 feet long.
