Description
Wonderful set of 4 matching "Handkerchief" chairs designed by Massimo and Lella Vignelli for Knoll circa 1985. All of these chairs are signed and all are stunning in person. The design is quite unique but understated once set in its final spot. In other words, this ultra modern design blends well with its surroundings regardless of the room's style/decor. Each chair is very strong, heavy, large and well made! These chairs make for great accent chairs, dining chairs or lounge chairs. Each chair is comprised of a welded tubular solid steel frame with foot glides and white finish. Resting atop this frame is a compression molded and ergonomically sculpted shell made of a durable fiberglass reinforced polyester with urethane paint finish in white. The design is surprisingly comfortable and this set is sure to make a fine addition to any style home from mid century to ultra glam modern.
