So come on in and browse a while...I know you'll find a quilt to love!Offering this primitive Americana quilt done in red, white and blue in a Little Red School House pattern. Blue in the first picture shows a little lighter than it actually is, but the second whole picture reflects the true color. Note that one schoolhouse has a pink roof, probably done as a superstition block. All stitching is done by hand...hand pieced, primitively hand quilted using white thread and long stitches, hand stitched binding. There is a thin layer of cotton batting and a white cotton backing.Condition is very good, but it does have these issues: 1)some missing stitches, 2) a small nick in the binding, 3) a small tear near the binding. Size is 75" x 75"(+/-).FABULOUS FOLK ART DISPLAY QUILT!!
