If paypal is your only means of payment please do not bid in this auction.Here is an Important Caucasian Chajli rug which measures 4 ft. 1 inches wide by 7 ft. 8 inches long.  The design of the rug is a typical Chajli triple medallion with the wine and leaf borders. The predominent color of the field is navy/ midmight blue with a stunning green and madder red and Ivory highlights.Chajli rugs are highly collectible and they rarely surface in the retail stores or any auction houses so here is your chance to decide if this lovely antique rug deserves your collection or not.As for the condition, the rug has a good amount of pile thru out with some minor areas of wear with foundations exposed,please examine the images. There are 3 very small minor holes in the minor borders which I have shown in the images. There are some losses to the minor borders on one side of the rug and on the top portion they are intact with some loss to the flat woven macknermas. The side salvages are redone and are over the originals.
