Marked on the back with the set of Russian silver marks for St. Petersburg, late 18th - early 19th century.  Assayer's (probirnyi master) mark is "A YA" in Cyrillic for Yashinov Alexandr Ilich. According to Postnikova Loseva book he worked in St. Petersburg 1795 - 1826.  I couldn't identified maker mark - I took 3 pictures of the maker mark - please see last pictures. The tray is about 21 5/8 in.(52 1/2 cm.) long with the handles and about 13 3/8 in. (34 cm.) wide. Very good original antique condition with minimum amount of normal wear,  some very light  normal scratches, some dents. Tray is slightly warped. No repairs - all 100% original. No mono or mono removal. Weight of silver is about 64 troy oz. - about 1980 grams.
