It looks like it has been in a time capsule and shows very little wear. Because of its configuration, the measurements are a bit tricky, but we will do our best. From the corner, the long straight section is 93" long. From the corner to the end of the shorter straight section, it is 63" long and the depth is 31". The height of the back cushion is 31.5" and the height of the teak frame at the corner shelf is 30.5". The arms are 23.5" high and the seat cushions are 16.5" high. The teak arms fold down and are adjustable in two positions. Note the thick teak finger groove construction and the woven cane inserts. With the arms down, the back cushions can be utilized as pillows. The corner cushion is removable to make leg room. Although the cushions are covered in what feels and looks like rich leather upholstery. We believe from experience that it is indeed a very high grade vinyl. The only way to be sure, is to peel some of the material away from the frame and test the back. Of which, we are not going to do. Although it is subjective, our best description of the color is a burnt orange and its condition is very good. The finish on the teak appears original and is in very good condition. The following are a couple of minor flaws. Normally not worth mentioning, but we felt compelled to do so, due to the exceptional condition and the importance of this offering. There are a couple of small pin holes and couple of small paint marks on the upholstery. One of the cane inserts is showing a tiny bit of wear. All resting on tapered legs. Don`t hesitate on this one. We have never seen this model offered before and most likely will never again.
