About Gorch Fock: The This Beautiful Training Vessel was built for the West German Navy by Blohm & Voss in Hamburg in 1958. The vessel is a Three-Masked Barque. She carries 21,141 feet of Sail. She needs a crew of 10 officers and 56 Sailors and weights 1,760 tons. She is renowned for her speed and navigational abilities through strong winds.
