The solid-brass swan neck pulls complement the mahogany wonderfully. Sturdy shaped bracket feet provide support for this chest of drawers. The back, like the rest of this bachelor's chest, is quite sturdy.      This exquisite bachelor's chest is the product of a full restoration of an English Military piece, dating back to just after the second world war, most likely about 1970. It has been re-made with stunning flame mahogany veneers and intricate satinwood inlay, including fan-inlay designs on the top as well as banding around the top and drawer fronts. Upon first sight, it is clear that this chest is a fine exhibition of quality. This bachelor's chest has five drawers: two small and three large. Each boasts elegant solid-brass swan neck handles and dovetailed joints. The piece rests on sturdy bracket feet. This piece is in excellent, brand new condition. -Attention- Buyer pays all shipping.
