This piece measures just over 9" in height. The azure blue insert looks to be a thumbnail pattern. This piece has no condition problems whatsoever. Comes complete with 12 olive forks that are signed WM Rogers & Son AA. I can find no markings on the castor base itself. Typical elaborate design for the period including a stork on each foot.
