This stunning piece is constructed with a rosewood veneer case, square steel/chrome tubing legs and has been reupholstered in a satin black high quality, high durability, leather look and feel fabric. Upholstery is done with French seams. The entire exterior and the interior arm sides of the case are in rosewood (later versions has upholstered interior arm sections). The exterior back corners of the frame are mitered (knock-offs and later versions of this sofa have butt-joined corners). The frame was completely stripped and refinished. There are still slight remains of age overall which adds to it's charm. All new padding, underseat strapping and cushiopn foam. Cushions redone as the original.  Additional yardage of the fabric is available. This piece is ready for your mid century modern home or for resale.   DIMENSIONS: 84" long x 24" tall x 34" depth CONDITION: The sofa has been refinished and the upholstery/padding/foam are new. There are some slight signs of age related wear to the exterior sofa case: slight edge and corner abrasions, chip repairs, some slight age color uneven areas. One small indent on the back top edge. Overall this is in very nice ready-to-use condition!   CALIFORNIA TAX: California sales tax of 8.25% applied to Ca residents.  Tax waived if buyer submits a valid CA reseller’s license number.   ATTN: LOS ANGELES BIDDERS: If I am able to sell at least two of the larger items (Florence Knoll credenza, Baughman sofa, dressers, platner style credenza) in this weeks auctions to Los Angeles buyers, I can deliver this sofa to LA during daytime hours either September 16th or 17th  for $150.  (I will need help unloading).
