The printers desk is 5' 11" long, 24" wide, 43 7/8" tall and 51 1/4" tall with the top piece. The old desk came out of an old print shop that was being torn down in Evansville, Indiana. The old desk has been professionally cleaned up and is in great condition. The desk has all the original character and wear marks, it even has the old burn marks around the top edge where people place their cigaretts while they were working. The old desk has 48 drawers, 24 on each side. The drawers are in great condition, very sturdy and will hold many items. The drawers have a pull on the front and each pull has the name HAMILTON. The top has a work shelf that sets on with three brackets and will come off if needed. The frame of the cabinet appears to be made of ash and has beautiful eye catching wood grain, not sure what the front panels are made of. This old desk would look great in a home, office or place of business.
