As far as I know it is not a Sergio Rodrigues design but is certainly of that style.  The design consist of a complex mosaic of many types of Brazilian hardwoods as decoration. It measures 30" x 30" x 14" tall.  It is in good original condition with no damage, except the finish is very slightly worn in a few areas too but nothing distracting.  It will also require a new glass top.  This would only be a very inexpensive piece of 1/8" or 3/16" thick glass that was 30" x 30". This should cost no more than $25 at glass shop. It is designed to fold up, probably for shipping but is very sturdy and solid.
