This one is bright brass and is what I call a nice, everyday use, telescope, since it is compact, and has good box. The outer lens is Approx. 1 inch . If you would like a telescope that is good quality, extra nice box, and shines on display, this is it. Reproductions are not power rated but this one far superior to most, I have never had a complaint with the lens that are used in this one. Our mountains are very clear at 3 to 4 miles.
