Not functional just for decoration. I guess if you spent some time it could be used. Real nice display condition. Missing center hub piece. Still spins but wobbles. Great look for an older house. Mom used to collect antiques but time to downsize. Spent all of it's time since the 1980s in my moms bedroom as decoration. Look at the pics they are supersized.
