There is some work involved (scraping and priming before repainting unless you desire them in original weathered state) The hinges are also fixed on the shutters as well.They have never been stripped or lye dipped to my knowledge. The dimensions are as follows : 1 foot 4 inches wide X 4 feet 7 inches long.
