Description
A well made, very prety antique full size violin. Very nicely grained spruce top, 2 piece medium flamed maple back, and maple ribs. This violin appears to have been made in the mid to late 1800's. Well balanced violin, recently completely set up by a Boston luthier, with new nut, tailpiece, chin rest bridge and strings. Strong but not overpowering rich tone and in excellant playing condition. Back length is 14 inches. There are no cracks present or repairs needed. Will be shipped with a hard case. Sold as is with low reserve for this instrument. Cost will be quoted as needed, to ship outside of the U.S.
