There is an attached paper which says " Lafayette Orange Peel - Tobacco Leaf - Lavender & Pink by Grandma Ella Rosetta Fowler". So, I am assuming the pattern is "Tobacco Leaf or Lafayette Orange Peel". This quilt is well preserved & I would say mint because I cannot find a rip or tear or stain on it anywhere. It measures 72" x 86" & was purchased at an Estate Sale in PA. The woman had many beautiful things & everything seemed to be in excellent condition.
