Up for sale is this superb, rare and unusual, antique, pink and white, Durham quilt, which is beautifully hand quilted and pieced. The back is plain white. The quilt dates from around 1900. The quilt is in very good condition, apart from some wear to the 2 shorter edges - see picture 4 for an example. There is a small mark at one edge and the padding is thin in some areas. The quilt measures approximately 75" by 94", 190.5cms by 239cms.  The photo shows it on a double bed. This wonderful quilt will make a stunning addition to any antique or vintage textile collection.
