The black paint on portions may have been repainted at some point. Appears to be a hand painted picture on the front enclosed in a frame of Mother Of Pearl Chips Includes Shovel with a ceramic handle   Dimensions: Measures Approx. 17" x 15" x 10"   Condition: Overall pretty good shape. Some scratches and dents here and there, but nothing traumatic. It does wobble some when on a flat surface, one of the legs must be bent some. There is apparent crazing on the painting.
