If I've interpreted the hallmarks correctly, this is .925 Sterling from the Birmingham Assay Office dated 1910 (lower case "l"). The purse is hallmarked a third time in addition to what is shown in the photos inside the lid. It is 4" x 3" and weighs approximately 4.2 total ounces (120 grams). The lid is hinged with a spring which works fine, as does the clasp. It has normal exterior wear with the inside lining needing some TLC.
