This has minimal wear and it has great vintage features just as it is, though one could polish it to further highlight its striking silver plated finish. There is no damage and as mentioned in my other listing of the Reed & Barton punch bowl, this is not new; it has an aged patina with a glorious old beauty that the older pieces have. It measures 11 1/4" tall and at the very top measures 8 1/2" wide. Its four feet with the embellishments of fruits of the harvest and the circle of the same at the rim and on the handles, create a pretty stunning piece. On Aug-28-08 at 07:59:52 PDT, seller added the following information:In sending some photos of the interior of this bucket to an eBayer, I found a small dimple at the bottom (and a slight one (which can be seen at a certain angle only) about 4 inches above the lower dimple).  I apologize for this... I looked all over this when I listed it;  but then, today, in the early morning daylight, I discovered it.  Notwithstanding, I will have to add, this is a thing of beauty.  I am adding some photos, one of which is the inside which I omitted initially, and the other is the dimple as mentioned herein.
