Maintained in a climate controlled residential environment and in good condition.  It needs to be cleaned and tuned and a few keys need to be repaired.  However, it plays very beautifully. Ernest Gabler Square Grand Piano bearing serial number 9873, manufactured in 1874.  Patent-July 1872.  This piano has ornately carved legs and music stand.  Gabler Pianos built in the late 19th century were some of the most unique and charming instruments ever built.  These pianos are valued as antiques as well as for their musical capabilities, as they are examples of some of the finest cabinet making in the piano industry.  An extremely rare collectors item.
