It is in an excellent condition. The back, the scroll, and the sides of the violin are made of highly flamed maple of great quality. The violin has a beautiful tone -- mature, mellow, warm and open, well balanced on all strings, and clear sounding with lovely resonance and volume. The violin is of concert quality, available for any orchestral or solo demands. The violin is full size with a total length of 23 1/8". The violin is set up with DAddario Proarte Professional violin strings. The violin is sold without case nor bow, but we use two boxes to ship it for safety.
