The label on the box says Lightning and the inside of the box says this was made by the Aloe Co of St. Louis No. 10076 110v 60 cycles. This has a 15 amp knife switch and connections for cautery, diagnostic, sinusoidal, darsonval. It has a marble top with a small crack that is about 1.5 inches long. This comes with several glass probes and misc pieces that are shown but is missing a couple since there is a couple of extra brackets with nothing in them. The box is in good structural shape but the canvas covering is coming undone and the inside has a slight musty smell. This is a really rare item that looks like it came out of a mad scientist lab.
