This dresser has a lot of storage space, starting with the bottom drawer at 8.75" deep, with enough room to store your comforters for the winter.      This mahogany Chippendale chest of drawers was crafted in England around 1900. It's 100+ year lifespan has deepened and enriched the mahogany's patina and accents the grain. This dresser is made up of (2) short drawers and (3) graduated drawers. Each drawer front has a plain-drop solid-brass handle and solid-brass keyhole plate. The stiles have lovely intricate carvings which add a charming detail to this dresser (pictured below) and the skirt is shaped around the sides. This sturdy chest of drawers sits atop shaped bracket feet. This dresser has a generous amount of storage space with the bottom drawer being a full 8.75" deep. There are locks but no keys. There is a small age split to the left side, barely visible in pictures. Otherwise this piece is in good condition.
