It has the Fortuny border ''scrolling R'' running all around the perimeter, as well as the original cotton sateen backing.All hand stitching still visible. The feel of this piece is incredible soft as well.It does have  an ink spot (photographed) which was from being on a desk for years and years.It was purchased at an estate sale, and the family never remembered it being off of the desk in the study.
