There are 4 pieces plus the tray. All pieces are clean inside and outside, polished and have no scratches. All pieces are made from alpaca metal, double silver plated from the manufacturer. By the years I own these items, they have been double silver plated, twice. (Three times double silver plated, totally). It is a very special hand made old coffee/tea set. I have never use it.
